ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS

This benefit allows members a significant discount of only 20% of repair cost for product repair due to accidental damage to rented products. Should qualifying rental products become accidentally damaged, Rent-2-Own will determine eligibility, repair method, and the estimated repair cost. Upon receipt of the 20% co-payment, the product will be sent for repair, and you will be given a similar product temporarily.

EXCLUSIONS: Rewards Club does not apply to and provides no benefit for:

• Intentional damage caused by anyone
• Damage caused by neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Damage caused by manufacturer defect
• Pre-existing damage the customer is made aware of at time of agreement
• Damage or loss to paid off or purchased merchandise

LIMITATIONS: At Rent-2-Own’s discretion:

• Co-payments must be received in advance in order to receive repair, loaner, or exchange
• Repairs may be fulfilled with new or refurbished merchandise
• All repairs must be performed by Rent-2-Own
• Damaged items may be exchanged with similar or like item of equal value
• Maximum of two accident forgiveness claims per customer within consecutive 12 month period
• Only products on current rental agreements will be covered with this benefit*
• Accident Forgiveness does not apply to paid out product*
• Management reserves the right to discontinue this benefit at any time with or without notice

*With the exception of products that are covered under an extended, paid-out protection plan and are qualified.

WHAT ARE RENT-2-OWN BUCKS?

As a Gold Member, you’ll earn r2o Buck$ all year long when you rent with us! Rent-2-Own will calculate 2% of the rent you have paid us in 12 months and give it back to you as r2o Buck$. You can use your r2o Buck$ to save big by reducing the retail of an item or to put toward the first month of a new rental agreement. The r2o Buck$ do not have any cash value and cannot be used anywhere but Rent-2-Own.

EXTENDED PAID OUT PRODUCT PROTECTION

You will receive this service on your paid out product for up to one year if you choose to maintain your Rewards Club Membership. This protects against product failure, mechanical breakdown, and repair costs. Without this protection, you would be responsible for all costs of repairs after you own the merchandise.

WHAT IS COVERED?

• Mechanical or electrical failures unless caused by accidents, lightening or other outside influences. Including, but not limited to insect infestation or introduction of foreign substances.
• Applies to: all electronics, appliances, furniture and jewelry.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

• Excludes, but not limited to lawn mowers, headphones, outdoor equipment, outdoor toys, mobility scooters, and any item with an internal combustion engine or similar type merchandise.
• System failure due to computer virus or software you personally installed
• External components such as adapters, chargers, power cords, or laptop batteries older than 24 months of purchase
• Product repair for damage caused by abuse, fire, flood, water, windstorm, hail, lightening, earthquake, theft or other external causes
• r2o is not liable for property damage, lost time or data resulting from product or equipment failure, delays in service or inability to render service
• Replacement of any remote control, normal wear and tear, controller for gaming accessories.

MAIL-IN REBATES

Mail in rebates on everyday purchases such as gas, groceries, and utilities can give you back up to $200 per year as a Club Rewards Member! Complete the voucher, send it to the address provided along with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT, include a self-addressed stamped envelope, and wait for your money to be delivered back to you.

Rebate Disclosures: You may redeem one gasoline, utility, and grocery rebate every three months. Your receipt must be original and total the voucher amount, or a check will not be issued. Rebates will not apply to the purchase of beer, alcohol, or cigarettes. Qualifying utility bills include electric, gas, or water. You must submit the actual bill, proof of payment, and the bill must be in the Member’s name and match the billing address on file.
